Dear Parents/Guardians of West Seniors:
Every year we plan a variety of activities for seniors to participate in during the time between the completion of their IB exams and graduation. Below please find the schedule for this year’s senior week activities. Students are only required to participate during the designated times. The majority of students generally participate in these events, however, those that choose not to are expected to attend school.
Below you will find links to all forms/permission slips for Senior Week activities. Seniors received a copy of this schedule via email this week. Forms and payment are due by Friday, May 8th.
- Schedule of Senior Week events
- Permission Slip & Medical Information (must be completed by parent/guardian)
- Liability Waiver
Payment: The trip to Provincetown/Great Island on May 28th requires payment. Please click the link below to pay for the activity your child will participate in. Students also received these same links so you might coordinate to make sure only one of you submits payment. Seniors choose ONE:
- Great Island ($25)
-
Provincetown ($25)
- Provincetown, entrance to the Provincetown Museum and Pilgrim Monument ($43)
-
Provincetown and a Whale Watch ($70)
Students who qualify for free or reduced lunch are eligible for a fee waiver. The waiver has been emailed to students.
If you have any questions regarding Senior Service Day on May 27th, please contact Megan Briggs. For questions regarding other senior week activities, please email me.
Thank you,
Jenn Kirk
