A complete Enrollment Registration/Application Form may be submitted only during the enrollment period. During this period, the digital application will be available here.
No applications can be accepted before the enrollment period begins.
No additional information (teacher recommendations, test scores, etc.) is necessary.
Once a digital application has been submitted an Applicant ID number will be generated. This number will be used to disclose the lottery results. You will receive an email stating that the application has been recorded. The assigned Applicant ID will be included in the message sent to the email address provided on the application. If you do NOT receive an email, that indicates the application has not been received. Please contact Rachel Todoroff at rtodoroff@sturgischarterschool.org prior to the end of the enrollment period. Also, a more detailed email will be sent within a week of the application being received. Please make sure that we have properly noted the grade the student is applying for, and the applicant pool that the student has been placed in.

The lottery will take place one week after the Enrollment Period ends. Lottery results will be sent via email within one week. Results will be posted on this webpage by Applicant I.D. Number.
The date and time for the lottery will be announced at least one week prior to the event. The lottery will be held through Google Meet. Applicants will receive an email inviting them to virtually attend the lottery.
Upon receipt of a completed application, the information will be entered into the school’s Applicants database. The computer will assign an Applicant ID number that will be used to disclose the lottery results. The assigned Applicant ID will be included in the notice of confirmation that will be emailed to the email address provided on the application. If you have not received an email stating that your application has been received within ONE WEEK of mailing it, please contact the school at 508-778-1782 to confirm that we have received the application. If the application is hand-delivered, you will receive a receipt at that time.
