Changes to School Immunization Requirements - Fall 2011:
Please take a moment to look at the New Requirements (PDF).
No student is allowed to carry medication of ANY kind EXCEPT an inhaler. However, students may carry inhalers ONLY if there is a medication order signed by the student's physician stating the student may self administer medication (see Medication Order to the right) AND a Medication Administration Consent Form (again form can be found to the right) by the student's parent/guardian.
