Health Services - EAST
The goal of school health services is to strengthen and facilitate the educational process by improving and protecting the health status of students and staff. Healthy students foster an optimal educational experience.

Important information from the nurse:
All new students must have a physical exam on file by the end of the school year. See Physical Exam Policy to the right.
No student is allowed to carry medication of ANY kind EXCEPT an inhaler. However, students may carry inhalers ONLY if there is a medication order signed by the student's physician stating the student may self administer medication (see Medication Order to the right) AND a Medication Administration Consent Form (again form can be found to the right) by the student's parent/guardian.

Nicole Cormier is a registered dietitian, owner of the nutrition consulting company, Delicious Living Nutrition, and author of The Everything Healthy College Cookbook. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and completed her dietetic internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.Some of Nicole's nutrition ideas are listed below:
